Do co-op upgrades apply to everyone?
Since 1.0.3, the crew uses the host matrix and purchases benefit the crew. This does not prove every inventory item transfers between different worlds.
Can 1.0.4 saves open in older versions?
No. The 1.0.4 announcement explicitly says saves made in that version cannot open in older builds.
Should J.O.O.N.A.S stop when players leave?
The 1.0.4 notes say it continues cleaning with no players nearby. Persistent stalls need symptom and version checks.
